Apple previewed a new generation of Apple Intelligence and Siri AI on 8 June. The company described an assistant intended to use personal context, understand information on screen and perform actions across applications, alongside changes planned for its next operating-system releases.

The announcements are previews of product capabilities, not confirmation that every feature was already shipping to every device. Availability depends on hardware, software, language and region. Apple separately said the initial rollout of Siri AI on some mobile platforms would be delayed in the European Union. The development highlights both the technical push towards more capable personal assistants and the practical importance of permissions, regional requirements and release timing when such systems handle personal information.
